The role
As a System Administrator for One Identity Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and optimisation of the system for one of our key customers. Your role will be customer-facing, working directly with stakeholders to ensure the system supports their identity lifecycle processes effectively and securely.
Your tasks will include:
- Operating and maintaining the One Identity Manager system for the customer, including monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests in collaboration with the customer.
- Implementing changes, upgrades and patches in a controlled and documented manner.
- Supporting the integration of new systems and applications into the IAM system
- Participating in customer meetings, providing technical guidance, and acting as a bridge between technical staff and primarily non-technical customer personnel.
- Contributing to automation and process optimisation initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and customer-specific security and governance requirements.
- Collaborating with colleagues and customer contacts to maintain system and operational documentation.
- Investigating and resolving errors and working with developers to identify and document bugs.
The department
Our Identity & Access Management (IAM) department is responsible for securing digital identities and managing access to critical systems and data. We deliver and maintain IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for both internal use and external customers. In addition to technical implementation, we define and manage internal IAM/PAM processes to ensure compliance, operational efficiency and security.
You will be part of the Security Administration team working with the operation, maintenance, and development of an IAM system for a customer. The team ensures that our customer-facing IAM solutions are stable, secure, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. Collaboration across teams is a key part of our culture, and you will work closely with colleagues in access management, security and infrastructure.
About you
You are technically skilled and comfortable working directly with customers.You have an interest in identity and access management, enjoy working with complex systems, and take pride in delivering stable and secure solutions.
We’re curious to hear:
- How you have worked with One Identity Manager or similar systems
- What experience you have gained within IAM and system administration
- How you have previously solved technical challenges in customer-facing roles
In addition, we value that you:
- Have experience with One Identity Manager or similar IAM systems
- Can script in PowerShell or SQL for automation and troubleshooting
- Are familiar with Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server, and Active Directory
- Have proficient communication skills in English
- Understand ITIL processes and system integration
