PAM Engineer

The role

We are seeking a colleague to join our PAM team. You’ll work within a small team of specialists who handle our CyberArk PAM system for JN Data and our customers. As our future colleague, you will be a valuable sparring partner for your peers.

You’ll work closely with other teams within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department to ensure a cohesive approach to Privileged Access Management.

Your Tasks will include:

• Migrated our current on-prem CyberArk system to CyberArk Privilege Cloud
• Participating moving from GUI configuration to Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code.
• Configuring our PAM system to support processes, business needs and compliance.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Automating manual workflows.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and testing system functionality, including during upgrades and patches.
• Performing verification controls.
• Preparing data extracts related to compliance and internal audits.

The department 

Our Identity & Access Management (IAM) department is responsible for securing digital identities and managing access to critical systems and data. We deliver and maintain IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for both internal use and external customers. In addition to technical implementation, we define and manage internal IAM/PAM processes to ensure compliance, operational efficiency and security.

You will be part of the Privileged Access Management team, working at the intersection of technical security, governance, and compliance. We are responsible for managing the Privileged Access Management systems and integrations to other IT systems, with a focus on streamlining IT infrastructure and the processes surrounding our IAM/PAM solutions. We work both cross-organizationally and in teams to develop our solutions, as well as with daily operations and management.

What we’re looking for

You have a relevant IT education and preferably experience with PAM or another branch of IT security, system administration, and infrastructure.

We are curious to hear about your:

• Experience with and understanding of PAM systems and processes.
• Experience with integrating infrastructure with PAM.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management in the cloud.
• Experience and interest in agile methodologies.
• Experience or interest in working with Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code.
